Guitarist Prateek Raj Neupane Quits UGRA KARMA

Ugra Karma confirmed the departure of guitarist Prateek Raj Neupane through an official announcement. Word of Prateek’s departure first hit yesterday via band’s frontman Sunil Dev Pant announcement on Facebook, and revealed a newline up.

Last year the band performed at Obscene Extreme Festival, an annual most brutal festival in Czech Republic. The band revealed the main reason of Prateek’s to quit the band is off his movie career.

Prateek Raj Neupane is not only a metal icon guitarist of Nepalese underground music scene, Prateek is a Lecturer and an actor too, he debuted the movie career from Loot.

Ugra Karma issued the following statement:

“Prateek has quit the band to focus on his flourishing movie career. We thank him for his service to the band and urge all warriors of the Nepalese underground to give him a worthy sendoff.
Obviously, UgraKarma will continue to bulldoze on, forever against the values & culture of the mainstream. Expect to see us in smaller venues across North America as soon as these pandemic restrictions are lifted.”
