STEEL PANTHER Announce The Departure Of Bassist LEXXI FOXX

American glam legends Steel Panther have announced the departure of long-time bassist Lexxi Foxx after 21 years in service.

Steel Panther has lost one of the sexiest members, the bassist Lexxi Foxx has parted ways with the band. The band made their return to the stage at Wisconsin’s rock fest this weekend and fans noticed the new bassist on the stage with them.

As Steel Panther stating it’s the end of an era as bassist Lexxi Foxx has quit the band and released the official news on July 17th. The band stated the following statement.

The great pandamic of 2020-2037 has affected all of us. For some though, it has opened doors of opportunity and been a catalyst to seek out one’s true calling in life. This is Lexxi’s story. He started his side business, “Sexy Lexxi’s Prettiest Pets, “to bring in money for Botox during the lockdown. But something miraculous happend. He realized that his love for being pretty himslef. Lexxi discovered a great love. Possibly, the greatest love of all.

Lexxi has chosen to hang up his mirror and focus on his newfound passion. Making ugly dogs pretty. Anway, after nearly 40 years of rocking together and talking Steel Panther from the Viper Room to headlinig Wmbely Arena, it is with heavy hearts but great heavy metal memories- that we bid Lexxi Foxx farewell. We love you and wish you a wonderful future putting eyeliner on chihuahus.

Stell Panther will continue to rock the world. And though we may not ever find a bassist quite as beautiful as Lexxi, it shouldn’t be hard to find one to match his towering intellect.

Steel Panther’s fans took to the comment section of their YouTube Lexxi’s farewell video to react to the news.

“Lexxi was funny as hell and a badass bass player to boot. Glad I got to see the original band live a few years ago.

What!? Lexxi is gone?? This sucks! Won’t be the same without Lexxi! But Steel Panther Still Kicks Ass!! Good luck in the future Lexxi!”

Rock on Lexxi, i’ll remember you forever as the best looking bassist of all time i hope we’ll get some news of you time to time.

Lexxi was the founding member of glam metallers, Steel Panther, when they formed the group (Metal Shop) in 2000. After switching the name from Metal Shop to Metal Skool, in 2009 they officially switched the group as Steel Panther.
